Wonderful video! I love the interactions with your cute fur baby. This book has been on my "To Read List" for awhile now, I'm very much looking forward to reading it. That was a very interesting personal experience you had with Patrick Stewart! I grew up as a "stage brat" myself, my father being a stage actor in the 70's, both in Topeka, Kansas & also in San Diego, California, so I'm familiar with the backstage antics & it was fun listening to your experiences.

That book has been on my digital bookshelf for quite some time. It's quite big, so I haven't started it yet. I'm also a Star Trek fan; I love TNG the most, and Patrick Stewart has been my favorite actor ever since. Thank you for sharing such an interesting story about him, too.

Such a nice review and recommendation. I have enjoyed whatever I've seen Sir Patrick Stewart in. I'm a big Star Trek fan. I always enjoy your stories. What wonderful memories of working in the theatre amidst all the activity and excitement. Hello to sweet Tillie. I do believe she was trying to steal the show. LOL. With you and her being the only ones in the room, you must be talking to her, right? If she shared her toy with you, that would be incentive to feed her sooner.

This book sounds fascinating, definitely one for the wishlist. I love Star Trek too (especially TNG and DS9), and I admire his Shakespearean work too. Thank you for sharing your own theatre stories too, I really enjoyed that.

Coincidentally I re-read The Old Curiosity Shop earlier this year. Eagerly awaiting your thoughts especially in light of Oscar Wilde's comments about the book!

Did you ever see the episode of "Extras" that featured Patrick Stewart? A bit rude but hilariously funny!

Oh yes! One of the funniest episodes - and he talks about it in the book. Apparently, Ricky Gervais was laughing so much they could hardly get the scene done!
